The closest one (I have never cried to a song) would be Naruto Opening 7, because it has the picture of Kakashi and Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura

Kowarete Iku Sekai by Girugamesh is a deep and meaningful song.
The lyrics are well written and the music goes along perfectly.
I didn't cry, but I was very moved. Especially the live version.
