Well I'd say... almost all of them.

So here's the list (those who are not named, are not to be sexiii imo)
Kakashi - there's just something about me and liking grey/white haired characters
Itachi - he's the perfect new word for "HOT"
Sasuke - meh, at times he's... a jerk, but a sexy one
Obito (if he'd still be alive) -

Deidara - why not? Blonde guy with a sexy voice and badass attitude *w*
Sasori - Tired of men, try a puppet ;o
Hidan <33 - agaiiin white hair, big sword = my man ^^
Kakuzu - again, I like yaoi and he fits Hidan
Pein - not so much tho... but I like piercings
Naruto - when he's done in fanarts >_<"
Neji - 'cause he just is

I go by who stands out to me the most i also think Naruto is pretty hot lol. For those characters have a tremendous amount of dept to them, They have sort of a tragic past which has shaped their personality. Kishimoto put special emphasis on those particular characters and so they have a presence to them. The others werent used enough they kind are like side to kicks to main cast. The revolves around Naruto and Sasuke and pretty everyone else is forgotten.
