the othe day i had a small spat with my older sisters boyfriend, doesn't really matter what the disagreement was about, it made me angry... when my sister caught wind of what just happened she went to the aid of him... i felt betrayed and more alone then ever before, she was the only person that i had ever felt understood me and... o well. i was angry but i couldn't tell her i hated her boyfriend and i thought he was childish and immmature... so i held my tongue, when she left i was left with a dark felling that wouldn't go away... so i do what i normally do when i'm angry, take a walk. it was -10 out with a medium wind chill and freezing rain but i walked ariund for 3 hours in this weather, and when i got back home, even though i was soaked i felt relieved...
so what do you ladies and gentlemen do out there to relief your stress and anger?

nice topic , when i got angry i can do a lot of thing i have some music i don't listen to them unless i'm angry or i just write stuff in my diary , sometimes i keep writing without realising what i'm talking about and when i stop i feel a little relief ,
and if i got angry and my familly noticed no body do try to talk to me and it helps cuz when i'm in that state i don't like talking with anybody of them because usualy they are the cause , and if i want to calm down i wait for the night my parents won't let me go outside but i can lock my room sit in my window and keep watching the stars til i feel relaxed

nah i encourage the vocalism, so speak,
ya i found the best way to get over angry is to isolate yourselve from the problem, and anybody that might provoke it further... aimlessly doing something is good, it takes your mind of the things that bother you and after awhile put's you in a state of peace.
p.s. -10 is nothing, my last home was a low of -30.

I cry. After that I take my mp3 and go for a walk. That relaxes me a lot The last time I told my mom I'm going for a 30min walk and came back after 3hours.

you know what you're really lucky you could cry
sometimes i just wanna cry and i can't
and it hurts sooo much
and going for a walk is really a good solution it helps

there is other solution i did it when i was still a kid
when i got upset i go to my room and start daydreaming about stuff i like
or i wish for and i sleep after i finish my dreaming story lol

Sometimes I punch a pillow or something fluffy. And when I was younger I draw a picture of a person who hurt me and then burned it. And actually for few times it helped o.O

cool, i don't realy tell anyone that im going i just go... so where'd you go, i walked to the edge of town in the industrial district of my city and back, that place was confusing, it really helped me take my mind of the problems i had back at home...
