lat sau is also calle a lap sao. i asked for a nontelegraphic lap sao and kick, lap sao does have floro's straight [inch=)/.. i need to get one fast punch,. one kick grab to make sure i hit him.. in real life fighting situations, i'll use the training examples =)

ok 321345, a nontelegraphic kick.. a good kick out of nowhere. if you can.

Ok i get you now, what you need to know is that you are expressing the technique, not doing it, that's a quote from Bruce Lee. You can make basically all kicks come out of nowhere, its about how fast your Legs are. If you are looking for a specific type of a kick, you need to let me know how bad you want to hurt your opponents. I know so much about Martial Arts, i could literally take out anyone, but you have to be careful on what techniques you use and how much power you apply. Right now if you want a kick out of nowhere then you have to build your speed and flexibility, fighting is not at all like cartoons or mangna or even movies for that matter,but you can learn a lot from them. To me fighting hurts so bad but feels so good. So what you do is buy some regular 1.5 to 2.5 ankle weights, don't go higher on the weight, i would recommend 1.5, then put them on and start doing kicks like these.

i know wats your saying. i fel sorry for hitting the other guy but then again its like oohh ohh yeaah bam!. i guess i need more flexibility, and speed.. i'll check em out.. see a kick can easily be blocked especially to the midsection i believeif i can lap sau.. the air quick for a fast hit or two maybe i can lap sau, and kick fast.. fast without geting countered.. i may have to break his/her rythym.. even INTERECEPT.. like i said i'l check those pics out

and thanks ngyugen.. i'll check the tutorials.. who knows maybe theres one i could use.. as long as i can find my balance.. salamat.
