Hi CR,

I'm utterly disappointed with CR's service.
I've subscribed and pay 3 mths for the service, hoping for good quality anime to enjoy.
Yet, it was neither good, nor anywhere enjoyable.
Why?
1) 8/10 anime NOT in my region, can't watch
2) Those that I can watch, are OLD ANIME (like Shippuden, not sure how many donkey months ago, those episodes)
3) When CR is happy, CR loads fast. If CR prefers that I watch Old shippuden, then it loads SUPER FAST. But when I want to watch Gintama, the load bar won't even BUDGE.
I wonder where is the "dedicated access" I've paid for. For that, I demand an explanation.

Seriously, I don't CARE about the FREE bandana that can't be worn on my avatar. Nor do I care if you guys are doing legit business here.
It's 8 Jan 08, and it's my first day, and the service IS VERY POOR. SO POOR that I'm about to post a review regarding my experience with SO CALLED premium membership.

All I care is, GIVE ME BANDWIDTH, aND GIVE ME YOUR, AS PROMISED, NEW ANIME.
AND STOP LOCKING REGIONS. CUSTOMERS PAID THE SAME, AND SHOULD HAVE THE SAME ACCESS.

If you can't do anything about the region, just give me bandwidth, PLS. I JUST WANT TO WATCH. PLS. GIVE ME ACCESS.
I can't watch if I can't even LOAD.

If not, just return me my $$$ and I'll go some where else.

the reason why there are regional restrictions is.... oh man im tired of this.. use the search button... ITS ALL THERE...

if your not happy with CR's services, theres only 1 solution. find another streaming site.. CR is not the only site that streams anime. dont rant everything here because it wont amount to anything..

and about your money, i dont think youll be seeing it anytime soon.. its non refundable. if theres a new product being sold in public, of course youd only buy some first, if it satified you, then thats the time you buy more that usual so you wont have to back to buy some more when it runs out. that senario is no different from when your going to buy a prem here. you should have bought the 1 month prem only for a test run before buying the 3 months prem.

Of course! You can easily cancel your renewal anytime, online, 24 hours a day with no cancellation fees. Although, there are no refunds for partial subscriptions.

You guys can bash jeremyspk all you want but I do not think it is mature for you guys to do that. Granted that I have been waiting for the dust to settle before I get a subscription. I know that when ever there is something new on the internet or a new gaming system there are bound to be glitches. But normally companies offer a way to compensate for any inconvenience. Also for a company to say that it is the customers fault for not having done a certain thing that would have affected the decision of the customer to buy the product is unethical. No only is it unethical it is just plain bad customer service. If the company did not completely and clearly explain to the public what its services and product consist of then this becomes fraudulant, hence it is illegal. This is somethong that has unfortunately been done with CR, whether it be knowingly or unknowingly. After having conversed with one of the staff it has become clear that shinji has not been clear with even his own staff which shows a lack of experience and knowledge of corporate law. That being said, I believe that we should all just give CR a chance. Those who have legal grievances should definately take it up with Shinji and those who do not should stop complaining. If Shinji does not help you then you can go at them legaly. For those who complain about CR no longer having Fansubs, please leave CR and go somewhere else. I am sure CR will be better of without you. Also forgive me if I offended any one.
