This tutorial will be teaching how to 'Stroke' using Sony Vegas Pro.
Stroke is where you add colour outlines when you mask or rotoscope a cut clip, to make it look more nice and neat.

First you have to rotoscope a scene or mask a clip:

After you have done rotoscoping/masking.
You need to copy and paste the clip you have just worked on, on a bottum video layer.
Then go Video FX > Glow. The plug-in which we want is the 'White Intense Glow'.
Settings: Intensity = 20.000, Suppression = 0.000, Glow Percentage is up to you how you want it to look like and you can also change the colour ofthe stroke how ever you like.

After that you can over lay it to a clip or below one and just lower the opacity down:


There you go, simple right? ;)
