SHINee's Y Si Fuera Ella is a korean remake of the song by Alejandro Sanz, which was originally in spanish. So I guess that counts?

actually i just have heard shinee, but i got shock when i heard shinee performe si fuera ella because the song is original completelly in spanish, that song was wrote and performed by alejandro sanz here is the link
