That article is.....somewhat offensive! Haha...the majority of students attending my old community college and my current university are women.

University is a boring waste of money. An apprenticeship or just real world experience is far more productive. I guess if you're worked too hard you can't enjoy time with friends though, also that article was a load of bs. The requirement for teachers at schools to have gone to university is an even bigger joke, there's just no point to it. I'm guessing that article may have been referring to an American style college AKA University btw.

eheh i guess it can be...but iwant to be teacher so i need it to become one...eheh well my father had to learn like 6 years jsut to be able to become one^^

Yeah my ex is learning to teach at a primary school and had to do 2 years in college and 4 years at uni and they're now even expecting a master's degree taking an extra year. I wish governments would stop wasting people's lives needlessly. Certainly I know in the UK the government has been pushing for more and more people to go to university to hide the unemployment rate at the great expense of the tax payer.

i know^^..eheh ubt in the end idont see it as waste of time...i like readign anyways^^..and i find school interesting^^..but i live in finland...here its like yu must be professional before getting job^^
