In December you have made a bunch of promises, showed video quality and requirements. Now that the service starts I find out that YOU BROKE YOUR PART OF THE DEAL.

- Video quality is below of what you showed.
- You are closing more and more streams to Europe.
- There is NO INDICATION that there will be new series beside Druaga.
- Where is the "January Lineup"?
- The players doesn't work as showed in December, causing buffering problems.
- DRM in the video stream. Great move! The torrents are full of your rips, while we paying customers get all the piss from DRMs.
- You promised 720P videos, and we get 480P for the new releases
- The sub quality is engRish at best.

I did pay for a FULL YEAR, because I do believe that authors should be rewarded for their work and effort, as much as those people working in distribution. This is NOT a fansub site. This is supposed to be a commercial grade, quality service.

I did request a refund, and didn't even get a reply with "sorry" in it. So since you have sold me a crap product I want to make sure that my anger is well vented out:

CRUNCHYROLL SOLD ME A CRAPPY PRODUCT

And I still expect my refund. Thank you sir.

garani my advice to you is " be patient".
but I agree with the new " new series" besides druaga.
There's like 5-10+ new animes online that I expect to be here on CR after watching them.
these are the new animes I have watched but not here on crunchyroll

Let's be fair. I did request information, I have archived emails with support, and they have advertised the product on the site in quite clear terms.

Plus some of the series that they advertised to be viewable in EU, are now blocked. And at this point I expect the same fate for Naruto as well.

Why shouldn't I expect a refund.

Report all errors/bugs/glitches/exploits/flaws with the site to the mods/admins
Any coding errors that you notice should be reported to a moderator. Failure to do so will not get you into any trouble but if you exploit a flaw with the site instead of telling a moderator about it, you will be banned. Length of the ban will depend on the severity of the action.

You will be banned sucker!

Most of what you said is just some problems with the player, your browser caches, or sub errors.
