I mean ugly in every way. As for hefty women, from Rome to Persia, all the way to China the ancient world always looked at fat girls as being fertile. Nearly every pagan idol for fertility was that of an extremely rotund woman. There is truth to the fertility claim. Estrogen is stored in fat, so excess fat creates higher estrogen levels.
