A time to be a little immature - but also notice the difference between idiocy and funny. When I was a freshman in college, I met this friend of mine. As I got to know him, I noticed how immature he was. I have my childish moments too, but I set that aside if I need to be professional. Just know when to be grown up and when to be immature. I mean, you can't whine like a baby and jump up and down at a meeting if your project was shot down. Now THAT is immature. lol
