Being immature is good to a certain point. It's bad when you act like a brat. But it's important to keep a small sense of this immaturity as you grow older. Being a kid is good. Being carefree is living. Stepping into a puddle of water *just* because you feel like it is good...
To sum it up: Immaturity is bad, but being young at heart is essential to enjoy life.

I think it depends on the situation. Anything taken to excess can be a bad thing - that includes levels of maturity. You need to find a balance so that you can enjoy your life while taking on enough responsibility to achieve success.
