Really... its nice to have a dream. It doesn't matter if you succeed or not, just as long as you're enjoying it. Mangaka can be a hard job though, I'm just going to do it as a side-job lol (unless it becomes popular, which is unlikely). But don't give up, you can do it if you try your best

I don't give a damn shit to what you ppl think about me, who the fuck gives a shit to opinions coming from the usual 13+ fangirl on CR. Think about it for a second, if you're a foreigner, do you have the guts to make a manga? You'll be makinga fucking rip off right there unless you went to jap where it'll much worse for fucks. Let's see now, a decent job right? Well then, a decent job would actually BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF MANGAKAS since it can support you well unlike the manga making thing which is pretty much unsure. Who are you to tell me things like that? For all I see, you're just like those faggots who run the previous threads like this one then after awhile, stopping and realizing that his dream is a hard one which will give him very little benefit at all. Listen here you fangirl bitch and answer my final questions, do you seriously think that you can make mangas(setting you as an example)? And if you can, can you actually try and support yourself with this job knowing that you deserve something more than that? Oh yeah and I forgot this, can you even travel to Japan and start a life where you'd be making mangas and such?

The usual "dreams become reality" reason, it's for someone with a fucking attainable goal.

And can you not being malicious nor irrational, thereby hurting a lot of the innocent people here on the CR community with your negative opinion? Because dream can become reality, when you know how to set attainable goals with positive thinking.

You just agreed with my last sentence you fuck, go back to your fansub hate threads and fuck off.

No, for all I see is you being a victim of your own negative outlook on your unresolved dream to be a mangaka.

You're stupid you know that ? Fuck you, I don't need to argue over something like this, you're just a bastard who is too ignorant to accept things from ppl.

No, I accept you as who you are right now; someone with a malicious and irrational attitude, because all he can see is the wrongs in this world with his negative outlook on himself. And there's nothing wrong with that fact; you're acting like this because of your misplaced fear on life's priorities.

Where the fuck do you keep getting this "fear" thing anyway? Negative, it's more likely I realized that being a mangaka is SHIT. Wrong assumptions are wrong you fucking faggot, your opinions aren't facts. You keep on blabbering and shitting this negative thing which is irrelevant in any way. Fuck you dom, you're never good. Or is it that you don't have a choice aside from going after this "fear" and "negative" shit? You really are retarded.

I wish - but it's not likely lol. You're better off studying hard to get a good job and drawing manga as a hobby in spare time (could even post it up on a site like deviantart) but since I can never focus on studies and relax most of the time I think my future is gonna be dull. God if only life could be simple...

you`ll have to work hard, and reach nowhere unless you run around screaming dondake. in short, art doesn`t matter much except for some otaku which are very particular, you just need to come up with some crap like naruto/one piece. it`s like every other thing, it involves risk and loss. isn`t it obvious mangaka`s work hella hard though [you probably know that yourself since you`re an artist]
somebody show her episode 100 of gintama.

wth why is every thread on cr turning into a big debate? and i see this *one* person in ALL of them. and cr forums used to worth wasting your time on in the past.

w.e. here`s a cliche for you : [to topic] be realistic and take calculated risks... which a million people right here have told you.

Japan has probably hundreds of titles of manga being produced per year. Of those, probably a dozen or less made it to the top of the heap of being produced into anime (the mark of success). Just like in any industry if your stuff is good then you'll earn big bucks otherwise you're paid peanuts. Many famous mangaka started as doujinshi artist (fan made comics), if their stuff has proven to be popular then it is picked up by big publishers like Kodansha, Jump comics or Hana To Yume and then they go pro.

Kamio Youko wrote Hana Yori Dango and it turned to be a drama for 3 languages.
(Meteor Garden, Hana Yori Dango, Boys Over Flowers)
Is she rich? LOL
Coz' i'm dreaming to be one. Lols~

Can you think of interesting plots and have good artistic skills and know the fundementals of drawing? I doubt it. If you aren't both a good writer and a good artist, you wont make it.

Is that how you feel about Ozamu Tezuka, the father of manga & anime? While you're just like anybody else who criticized Tezkua's carrier as a mangaka back then, when he could have been a brilliant medical doctor, he continued to work and became the most productive artist in the history of anime subculture.

And finally, take a look around where you're at and what you've been doing, then you will see that you're trash talking on an anime fan's dream with your negative outlook on anime subculture, without considering on all the facts, and you're doing this on an anime community forum consisted of anime fans who happen to like manga & anime.
