I honestly don't know what to say but looking in the photos section, I feel relieved to see how happy she is. There are so many girls out there starving themselves and getting plastic surgery to make themselves "prettier" but what they don't realise is that what's on the outside doesn't matter.

What's the use if a candy has a nice wrapper but tastes like shit?...

How do you know that the candy with the nice wrapper tastes like shit?
It's Disney's fucking mind control.
They make you believe that anyone that looks better than you is a self centered slut.

She probably would get plastic surgery if it wouldn't kill her.
She is missing half of her facial bones.
It would kill her to make so many changes.

Hhmmm... true (sometimes...) ... but there is a difference in the two situations of a girl looking at herself in the mirror and saying, "Oh! I think I'll get liposuction, botox and maybe I'll throw in silicon implants in my boobs and hips while I'm at it! Yay!" and a person getting plastic surgery to make their lives easier.

For example, if Juliana's mouth was operated on, it'd make it easier for her to talk. If you look at her mouth in her photos, you would think that she might have difficulties speaking like a person who is not in the situation as she is.

I know you might have read the first paragraph and gone, "They're both doing it to look better, which makes their lives easier!" but no. Juliana is getting it for medical reasons so her life should be easier after the surgery. However, the girls who get it to try and "make their lives easier" by making themselves "prettier" are really... well... stupid.

So?
Both medical and cosmetic surgery is used to make their lives easier.
Why is medical more justified than cosmetic?
Stop watching Disney cartoons.

Hhmmm... you ask why medical is more justified than cosmetic?... (that is a very good question)...
...

The answer: The world is sick of pretty girls/ hot guys putting themselves beneath the knife for the sake of making themselves "look prettier" and then get it again because they look (or think they look) prettier after the first surgery and get addicted to plastic surgery, which eventually leads to the surgery going wrong or looking... plastic. Heck, some surgeries go wrong or look plastic from the beginning.

Examples of plastic surgery addicts and people with surgeries gone wrong:

This just shows that you can't see the difference between the two situations.

And with the Disney Cartoons, about the whole,

"It's Disney's fucking mind control. They make you believe that anyone that looks better than you is a self centered slut.

What about Cinderella? She had two ugly step sisters who bossed her around and made her do all the work. And Snow White with her step-mother (witch) who wanted to be prettier than her and ended up dying trying to murder her. The Little Mermaid? Belle from Beauty and the Beast? And etc.

It's not always Disney's fault as everyone seems to think these days. They're only doing their job.

(And for your information, the only Disney movies that I watched from beginning to end are the Pirates of the Carribean series, Bridge to Terabitha (that was a shit movie) and Ratatouille. )

Would you hit it?

How does cosmetic surgery getting out of control answer my question?

That the difference (or part of the difference) between the two situations is that plastic surgery in Juliana's case is worth it while plastic surgery for people who just wanna have bigger boobs and such can be not-so-worth-it.

So why are breast implants less worthy than medical surgery?
