Stop complaining, the site is going through tons of changes and unfortunately tons of issues. Be patient and wait it out.

Thanks for proving my argument Mr American.

To all those crying about Shinji being a sell-out...grow up. This is a business world. Anime is BIG business! Anime creators don't do it cuz it's fun, or because they simply want to. They want to make money. Shinji spent a lot of time and money on this site, and I, for one, am thrilled to see him get the deals he's got going now! Good on ya! I LOVE the fact that CR is legal now, and I think it will open a lot of doors for the site.

I'm getting pretty annoyed at the whiners here who want quality, want licenced material, want un-licenced material, and don't want to pay for any of it. NOTHING IS FOR FREE! If the option is going legit or getting shut down, then Shinji absolutely made the right choice. This site is going to end up light years ahead of all other sites before long.

Now, as to the reason I'm actually posting here...I understand if the homepage slows down the site, but a LOT of us actually used that page. I did discover the "Manager" this morning (I'm still working my way around that), but I can't access anything on my manager from that page...for example: If I want to access one of the groups, I have to leave manager and find the group from My Groups. I really liked being able to track group activity on my homepage. I can't access my previously watched vids from Manager, either.

Is there any chance that the homepage, or something similar will be returned?

Who makes profit in uploading music videos anyway? Music videos are promotional. Why deletion then? Nande? Nande? Nande? Why?!

I want my sexy back!

I was actually wondering/talking to someone about that too (she had actually uploaded a lot of music videos). I don't know why these companies don't sell their music videos somewhere. It's hard to find these music videos for sale anywhere, like on a DVD or for sale online. Maybe we'll be able to open up the music video companies too ... though I believe it is harder to get the rights to music than it is for shows/movies.

But as kimmm6 said, it's still their copyrighted material, so we can't have them here.

"(she had actually uploaded a lot of music videos)" <--- your beloved Redgarnettk?

It's even hard to look for a site that is dedicated solely on asian music videos. Not just kmusic video site. Nor a site only for Japanese music videos. I mean a site like CR used to be for all asian music videos.
I really appreciated that videos where so organized in CR. I learned and listened to a lot of music and bands.
Compared to Youtube, it'll present you random videos keyword for keyword based on what you type on its search engine. Youtube is not only a site for asian videos for the masses, that's why.
Speaking of search engine, CR has a nice one. Yahoo's search engine is gone better now compared to Google. I got better results looking for pics in Yahoo search engine than Google's.

Last fm & Imeem have really good asian music videos as well. If you're ever interested, try visiting those sites, if you haven't already that is.

Going legit means no guarantee all shows CAN come back ... only the ones where the rights owners are willing to work out a deal that works with CR's money sources. We can hope that rights owners see reason ... especially for a series that is as funny and silly a satire as Strawberry Panic I really hope it does ... but until the contract is signed and sealed, there is no guarantee for any popular show coming back.

Lots of anime producers with the tight economy are looking to early subscriber and later ad revenue streaming for extra money, and the non-legit streaming sites are going to get more and more cease and desist letters on all sorts of anime ... there will be people just like the guy at FUNimation who spend a lot of their workday every day reporting streams online and sending out legal cease and desist letters. So for the non-legit sites, streams will keep popping up and then disappearing, like the english subs of Marimite at VEOH when the first two seasons and the OVA got licensed by RightStuf.

I'm the opposite side on these things ... I signed up to CR last year sometime, when I was exploring, but never was a regular user, and was getting most of my non-legit shows on torrent sites.

But my Netflix queue is already several months long, so when I heard CR had gone legit and I could watch Kaleido Star legit, instead of leeching it, I've been here almost every day. There are dozens of places where its possible to leach a stream, and even more to leech a torrent download, but a legit stream is still hard to find, so I'm very happy CR went legit.

Bleach is a battle manga/anime that aims for younger viewers, right?
>:D So how come they talk too much when they fight? So dramatic.
One slash to an opponent, then the rest of the episode is all talk. >:D

Actually Naruto is for the younger viewers considering it's on adult swim.
BTW, just because UBERworld is on my profile doesn't mean I like Bleach.

How come Renji is not dead when he actually received Rukia's Bro's ultimate bankai attack?
Why their swords only leave cat scratches? >:D

Only place I know is Netflix for the DVD and torrent sites. I don't even think that Media Blasters is a mad source of cease and desist letters, so it may be the Animeworks, the distributor, or Madhouse Studios that is chasing up free streams of the series.

I think Doremi did a fansub of it, but you may have to download a torrent and work out how to play a .mkv file if you want to get your Strawberry Panic ... if someone connected with the rights owner is chasing down free streams they will pop up and then go away again, so it can be very frustrating.

Here's the email I sent to the contact address at the Madhouse website:
webmaster@madhouse.co.jp

A plea from overseas ...

... now that the streaming site Crunchyroll has gone legit, people are going through Strawberry Panic withdrawal. Please forward to the rights licensing people to find some way to sell a subbed Strawberry Panic on a legit stream somewhere ... Crunchyroll, Netflix streaming ... something.

Ganbaru!

I doubt it will help ... but it can't hurt!

Why don't they finish the enemy quickly, but instead, get beaten first then go bankai? >:D
How come Neil (the green-haired freak) was so strong but decided to speed around to show off? >:D

It's all for show. Why does Naruto have all these stupid fillers?

To sum things up:

One Piece > Naruto & Beach.

They have fillers to keep the anime alive. It's good business. It's all for business. Check out the merchandises they're making each year. $$$$ Katching katching katching.

Well, One Piece is like DragonBall [not Dragonball Z or beyond]. The author can just make odd characters and it still gonna be alright because the whole story itself is a nut job. It's a blessing in disguise, if you ask me.
