what I meant that some time in the past days we had difficulties to watch with high speed DSL connection

But I can see lot of changes happening (good changes ) this give us hope

i could connect to it shortly after it was available but had to pause it for 10 minutes. was unable to resume it or reload it even in a different browser

Talking about Gintama can't you persuade them to release some more of the earlier episodes. According to the schedule we're only going to get 2 of the earlier episodes a week starting on the 22.
