I agree, the english voice actors just aren't capable. They are not able to adjust their voices to their characters or the situations their characters are in. Furthermore, I just dislike the fact that the english voice of Naruto kept saying "Believe it!" at the end of every sentence -.-'

Japanese with subtitles. Always.
I honestly like to have it as close to the original as I can.
The only dubs I've really enjoyed (and watched more than an episode or two of subsequently) are FLCL and Cowboy Bebop.

I like it in English. Means I don't have to read every time someone speaks. "Authentic" my foot.
I guess it depends what you look for in an anime. I watch it cuz I'm fascinated with the graphics.

well it depend but most of time its japanese with english sub.Tho maybe wat like pokemon,fruit basket and dragon ball(and some other) i saw in enlgish dub but it was good some of it.And not all english actor are bad -_- Johnny Yong Bosch is good voice actor (in my opinion) XD.Oh yeah one thing its sux in english is that it remove some scene or it change that is TRUE.

Eh, america isnt known for their voice actors. They mostly just go find some guy out in the street who over does it. I am a huge perfection freak and if the visuals are sub par or if the voice sucks I just cant watch it because it will nit pick me. Thats why I have a hard time playing story based games just because the voice acting is horrible.

Both.
I actually think there are amazing English voice actors, but they do tend to be 10 times better with North American cartoons than Japanese. But there are a few great English voice actors for anime, like Laura Bailey. And Haibane Renmei's English cast was on the same level as the Japanse.
