Unless it has a time skip or is good enough to continue for a long time, it is highly unlikely I think. I could be wrong. Also, what do you think will happen after this Ikuto arc? If he is saved, he is in high school and all. What's next after? I wonder if it'll be like Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Man. XD (And I like amuto more than tadamu atm, it could change)

I'm 13 and I prefer Tadase over Ikuto, because I just don't find Ikuto appealing at all (and I doubt I ever will). But there are plenty of other 'hot' anime guys that I like, and I'd go with the majority of fangirls for them (like the majority of SC! fangirls are for Ikuto).
