N! The anime has always seemed way to overly perverted. The manga has it's share of perversion but never as extreme as in the anime with the exception of a part in R+V 2 with a full breast shot. If the anime followed the manga more i would watch however events are so poorly re-written and timing changed that i cant get into. To sumarize manga=epic win anime=epic fail. I was atleast hoping for tsukune to beat kuyo but it didn't happen... they had to make it so moka beats him and her skirt flies up to her chest when she does it ( I miss tastefully covered moka.) Oh well cant always have we want.

Still no official news on S3. I saw an answer on Wiki answers about Feb 2009 and somewhere else about 13.01.2009 but I think everyone is speculating about the date. I ask again, is there any official or press release stating something about S3?

I dare say I do, but wikipedia is far more reliable than speculation, isn't it?!
As I said, most people are speculating about the date. (I think I saw your opinion on this too..)
But I wonder on which grounds do they do so, cause I can't find anything of the sort...
Why are they choosing such strange dates? Is there something I'm missing?

Indeed I do however i can not forgive the complete lack of continuity of the anime from the manga along with the re-writing of crucial parts of the series and the general time miss match of events.

no it isn't. information on wikipedia can be altered by anyone in a matter of moments. plus if you think about it, the release date for season 2 was october of 2008. that means season 3 will either be out in october of this year or october 2010. we'll have to wait and see if it comes out this year or not.
