^ Wow... what a BAD way to start my day here... I was just about to post fantastic news about their Korean comeback... Huh...

Looks like I will be responding...

Not good singers??? Excuse me... They are hella better than some popular groups out there... Some groups, mainly idol groups, are only popular based on their looks, regardless if they can actually sing and if they actually have talent or not! This is one of the most under-rated group in the Korean music scene... and it's a pity... Cause they have TALENT!!! & they should be recognized more..

If you don't like them then you shouldn't have wasted OUR time by replying here... Nobody wants to hear your negativity... Obviously if someone said this about your favorite group then you wouldn't like it either! Show Respect, Get Respect!

CHOSHINSUNG HWAITING!!!!!

=====

On a side note!

@ coofoo_ / @ KawaiiGrl -> Thanks for proving my point. Some groups are popular only because they're "GOOD-LOOKING"... They don't have the TALENT like other groups who aren't well-known

@ hikobuf -> If you dont like them then don't waste our time by replying in this thread

Supernova wraps up promotions in Korea, heads back to Japan!

Supernova, who made a comeback after three years, is now wrapping up their short, one month-long album promotion.

On the 21st, Supernova will be heading back to Japan in order to release and promote their anniversary album.

Maru Entertainment’s Chan-I Kang commented that “The month-long Korean promotion was a very difficult one to schedule, because it was arranged despite Universal Music Japan’s earnest request to continue promotions in Japan” and that “Because the 9th single reached up to 6th place on the Oricon charts, …it was decided that promotions in Japan could not be delayed any longer, and therefore we chose to head back to Japan.”

After sales of Supernova’s Japan debut anniversary album “HOP STEP CLIPPING” released on the 22nd, they are continuing their activities with a performance video DVD of “HOP STEP CLIPPING” and movie DVD of “Love Song for You“.

Additionally, Supernova will be performing at several locations in the month of October: Nagoya on the 2nd, Osaka on the 4th, and Tokyo on the 7th. The tickets for these performances have already been sold out since the sales opening. There is also a rumor that the tickets were at some time a whopping 400,000 yen (about 5,000,000 won/5,000 dollars) per ticket.

Supernova will continue to promote in both Korea and Japan. Leader Yunhak relayed through a representative that “I spent a very happy time because so many fans welcomed me” and that “From now on, we will spend some more time promoting in Korea and at the same time promote endlessly in both Korea and Japan.”

For now, Supernova has their eyes on first place in the Oricon charts.

Fellow members of Supernova deny news about Yunhak’s enlistment

Earlier reports said that Supernova’s Yunhak (26) would be enlisting in the army, but those reports have been said to be false by fellow members Sungje and Kwangsu.

On December 23rd, Sungje took to his Twitter to clarify the reports in a series of tweets by writing, “The articles regarding Yunhak hyung’s enlistment in May is a false report!! Now the journalists are trying to send someone that is only trying to do his best to the army… Fine, but still, I hope the journalists have a Merry Christmas! Everyone, please don’t worry!”

He continued, “Of course, he will enlist when it is the right time, but not now. Please don’t misunderstand! And even if one of us were to enlist, we will never ever disappear or disperse… Be at rest! Please calm your hearts and Merry Christmas… We have a live on the 25th too, okay!!”

Kwangsu also added, “You guys! Yoonhak!!!!!!! It’s ok!!!!! Don’t worry!! Next year!! We will many work ^^ Promise!!!!!”

Update below!

The representative director (Kudo Seiro) of their Japanese agency, JAKOL, has also addressed the news report. ”The army reports related to Jung Yunhak are false, please don’t worry.” In a following tweet, he implores fans not to believe anything other than an official statement and says that the irresponsible person who wrote about the enlistment caused a lot of trouble. He also mentions that when May comes around, they will resume their activities and nobody has to go to the army.

Supernova’s Sungjae injures his ankle + upcoming comeback may be delayed

There is some bad news for those awaiting Supernova for it has been reported that member Sungjae has suffered an ankle injury.

According to Supernova’s agency, Sungjae felt pain in his left leg while practicing for their upcoming Korean comeback. While at the hospital, he was recommended to allow for a recovery time of four weeks.

Sungjae commented, “I’m sorry for causing the fans to worry with my carelessness. To keep the promise with the fans, I will be carrying out my scheduled activities as previously planned,” showing his determination of not letting anything hinder the group’s upcoming comeback.

However, as Supernova’s comeback is reported to be next month, it is not clear whether things will go according to plan. The agency is currently trying to decide on the best course of action by considering from a variety of choices such as postponing the comeback or making adjustments to the Sungjae’s choreography portions.

Supernova to make a comeback with “She’s Gone”

Although it was reported earlier that Sungjae had suffered an ankle injury, it seems Supernova has been able to go ahead with their plans as they have announced a comeback date!

The group is set to have their comeback stage on Mnet‘s ‘M!Countdown‘ on August 9th with their new track, “She’s Gone“. This will mark their first Korean comeback in a while for the group has been promoting in Japan.

The new single, composed by ‘Faces of Honor’, is a mix of a delicate, yet addictive synth sound and a moving guitar line that blends together to create an emocore pop-dance song. In addition, the lyrics have been written by hit song maker Min Yeon Jae, further raising the bar.

For this album, the members are said to have prepared immensely despite having to travel in and out of the country to produce the best possible performance and song for their fans.

Supernova’s agency promises this album will be one that shows off the strong masculine side of the boys and their unique individual personalities.
