no doubt japanese....they totally rock in comedy dramas....in japanese dramas while having the comedy genre they still don't loose the thought of the drama...! one example is atashinchi no danshi...a really great drama with a lot of comedic lines and hilarious events....

taiwanese is soooo not funny at all...it's annoying

korean is ok,,but not as good as the japanese

Try Love Shuffle. It's Romance/Comedy. A very refreshing drama.

I think Japanese dramas are better in terms of the consistency and the substance of the plot. They make sure that no episodes are boring. They do not only make romance comedy stories but also sensible human dramas. On the other hand, Korean dramas are better in the genre romance comedy. As you will observe, the characters have this kind of "LOVE TRIANGLE/SQUARE" thing. Sometimes it gets so predictable. There is also no consistency in terms of the plot. It has a good start, then in the middle of the series, the story gets so boring then as the ending approaches, it gets exciting. About Tawainese dramas, it resembles the Korean dramas in terms of the genre however, the plot is consistent.
