Techies first, Rikimaru, Invoker, Mortred...

i dunno there's too many. you kinda have to know how to play every hero so.. which ever one suits the situational setup of enemy heroes is what i usually do. I know how to play almost every hero, only guy i dont kno how to play or tried learning is invoker( guys has too much micro with the shuffling of spells -.-) personally if i have to play to win i'll prob pick the op ones. like mortred (just simply dominates other heroes cuz of his passive skill to crit heroes),
spectre (recently learned him, awsome hero, able to attk fast and jump from anywhere in game lol, good ganker),
troll,
lycan( mad op, A move all the way lol)

best strategy if their whole team is melee. pick axe and buy 2 stout shields and some tangos or healing pots and catch their first wave = gg.

Serious match would be Rhasta . Fun and good in high lvl play
Pub/fun game would be tiny and pudge. Or a dagon BH LOL

Lion is one of the good I want, his Finger of Death is a very cool Burst damage. He is also good in ganking...

I would say my first choice is the Tinker, given the ridiculous first blood capabilities, and then his early game dominance.
I also enjoy the endless laser refresh when you apply a massive mana boost...

I also enjoy the Techies, particularly in combination with Pudge ;)
