Let's see. Okay there are meant to be 14 Noahs under the Millenium Earl.

However, one of the Noahs had betrayed them for good. That's the 14th Noah. Other than the Millenium Earl, and the first child, Road Camelot, the 14th Noah holds the powers to control the Ark. He betrayed the Earl and gave his powers to a young human boy (who's Allen Walker) and implanted his memories in him shortly before he died. The 14th was killed by the Earl's hand himself.

The 14th Noah is the Younger brother of Mana Walker, who is Allen's foster Father. Allen was abandoned by his biological parents because his arm was so called "deformed" which is his parasitical anti-akuma weapon which hasn't been awoken. Later, Mana took him in, as Allen holds the 14th's memories and powers and raised him.

Mana soon died due to an unknown disease, and trying to revive him, Allen turned him into an Akuma via the Millenium Earl, but got cursed and ended up killing Mana with his Anti-akuma weapon which just awoke. Marian Cross then takes Allen in, and after training him, sent him to the Black Order, and disappeared off somewhere to do his job. Allen later was sent to search for him, going all the way to Japan and winding up in the collapsing Ark.

It was during the time when he was sent to find Marian Cross, that the 14th's memories started invading his head. After finding Marian Cross at the end of the Ark, Cross tells Allen to restore the ark before the Egg gets transported to the Earl's new ark. Allen is then sent to a secret room which belongs to the 14th, a room that not even the Earl knows about. In the secret room, there's a couch and a piano. That piano with the piano score holds the key to controlling the ark.

Allen is then told to play the piano and hesitantly he tries to, finding out that the notes on the score are the notes that Mana Walker had taught him long back when he was adopted. Because Allen holds the 14th's power, he manages to play the song, and restores the ark back to it's previous condition. Due to Allen's ability to do this, Malcolm Levrier starts getting suspicious of Allen and puts him under the care of Howard Link.
