Why could CR deliberately block your region? It's not CR's decision to choose countries that the videos will be available to, it's the anime producers. If CR had control over this, then there would have been no complaints about region blockings in the first place.
It takes time to get permission for viewing in other countries.
There has also been many complaints about the 720p quality so they have to focus on fixing that as well.
CR just started this change recently, so obviously there will be glitches and problems.
You have to give this some time.

My question is why are you using ffmpeg/mencoder and not avisynth based solution ?
The Inverse telecineing would be better.

If you are using unix-based OS, wine can do the trick of loading AVS.

Good but you still need some improvements on that 15% and also need to make these episodes after 2 weeks downloadable to animie members only. Since they are paying 60 dollars a year, they are entitled to recieve downloading rights as much as freedom of speech rights.
