Stand. I'm a germaphobe, everyone stands in that shower I don't know where their feet have been. I don't even use my towel to dry my feet I use my rag and then I wash it every time before I take a shower next time.

many stand up shower units have "seats" in a corner or side so you can sit down, mainly for girls to shave their legs or something i suppose.
