Natsume Yuujincho is the first 13 episodes, Zoku Natsume Yuujincho is the second series (the next 13 episodes) that is airing now.

Agreed with the above post. I remember reading that Zoku mean 'continuation'.

you can watch the series on www.animeseason.com..... they are always updating.... i just finished watching ep. 7 from the sequel (zoku) yesterday....
