Any time. I see you already know of One Outs, that anime is awesome.

I couldn't agree more, One outs rocks, one of the best already!! To me that is ^^'
I'm not really fond of sports anime so when I heard about that anime I was "ugh, don't wanna watch that"...after the first 2 episodes I was completely hooked xD!!!!!

Right, it's so intelligent. It's like there's nearly no baseball skill involved, just a purely psychological game.

*nods* though sometimes it's easy to guess what his next moves are, other times I simply can't figure that guy (Tokuchi) out
lol he reminds me of Hiruma in Eyeshield 21

Yeah, he really is like a more mature Hiruma... so, when it comes to sports stuff... you also read/watch Eyeshield 21?

Yep, I watched the first episodes...but I think I prefer the manga, quality wise...many people say that anime are better than mangas but I actually think otherwise:

in Air gear (the anime) you don't know half of the character's progress and the actual personality of Sora (contrary to the manga)

in Eyeshield 21: it's so much fun to see the uncensored Hiruma's actions (I mean, some fingers were obviously forgotten in the anime, same thing for guns)

in Hunter X hunter, which I just love: you think that Gon has finally met his father...I read the manga right after and then WTF happened was that it was absolutely not the case (it was Kite for god's sake!!!)

in Slam Dunk, it stops at ep 101 or something like that...arghhhh, how could they do that? Hanamichi got way better AFTER those episodes!!

so I like to watch the series I like then read the chapters ^^' a bit long but I feel so much better!

I gotcha, I too read Eyeshield instead of watching it. I think the anime is done actually... But yes, reading is a lot more fulfilling, and there's no wait! Btw, you seem pretty well-versed when it comes to anime/manga... you ever hear of Sci Fi Harry...?

thx for the compliment though I don't think I really am... ^^' anyway yes I've heard of that and it's on my list "to read", like "Liar Game" but I'm putting them off everytime coz I'm not that fond of horror mangas...hum, I'm, so to say, a scaredy cat!
For example, I'm sure you've heard of "Doubt": it actually scares me...see the problem?

Woah! Liar Game is on your "to read" list? That is one hell of an awesome manga in my opinion, you have to get to it soon. IT IS SO AWESOME.

About Sci Fi Harry, I've actually watched the anime, haven't even tried the manga (Can't find it u_u) and I think it's really something. Original plot, great ending... just a really desperate struggle the whole way through. Real saddening... anyway, if you can find it be sure to at least give it a test-run.

The thing for Sci Fi Harry (manga) is that it's not been translated yet...I knew of a site where a guy put on personal translations for that (otherwise I'd not even know about that) but I forgot the address TT_TT (please don't laugh, there were translations that you couldn't find elsewhere, of some shonen/shoujo mangas) and I'm still looking for it....

The anime seems pretty interesting indeed, I've read both opinions though (some saying it's below average id est cra* and others that it's awsome) so I'll figure out myself whether this anime is good or not (^o^)

But yeah Liar Game has a good plot so I think I'll read that ^^

I have to admit, a lot of the reason I like Sci-Fi Harry is because it's so rare and obscure...

I'll certainly check out the anime (after I get my homework done though ~.~lll I hate school!!!)
The only horror mangas that I've read so far are Zombie-Loan (but it's not really scary), Count Cain and High school of the dead...it's weird but I think they're funny ^^'

actually horror mangas aren't supposed to be gory but now you find many mangas in which horror=blood -.-lll
pretty sad isn't it? I agree, it's the best when they're creepy and psychological...but I can't read the whole manga in that case TT_TT...

Although it's not really a horror type anime, have you read R.O.D. the TV? There's quite a psychological part there too...I liked it pretty much though the style is clearly not a common one!

The only thing of R.O.D. I've seen is the thing that came on Adult Swim a while ago... I should check it out if there's a sort of psychological aspect of it... you try Mirai Nikki? I was suggested that, and I thought it was decent... I don't think they really focused on the psychological aspect enough though...
