I have a question though.

Say chapter 37 came out (hope it does soon! but must wait til February ) and some people don't know. can we just say "Chapter 37 is on mangafox (or any other manga sites)!" or if there are new episode titles, can we say "New titles on Wikipedia!" can we say that?

side note: why don't you add a diamond to the title? i think it's Alt + 4. i'm not sure because i can't do the...pictures (xD) with the laptop.

Yea People should stop doing this things around cause it gets annoying later on and not to mention how many ppl spoil and sometimes get this off topic for some reason and ur right; Hope People Learn that its Not Right to Post Bad things and just follow the CR Rules (or Yours) and avoid getting yourself Reported/Banned. I only hope that the chain letter spaming on the wall stops it's so anoying. Anyway good job with the rules altough some of them seem pointless I mean why you want to ban peaple the postet PG-13 stuff after 2 times but not the people that advertise other sites seems unlogical.

No, you get banned and reported if you break ANY of these rules. Posting pictures above PG-13 content is worse than advertising, so it WOULD actually make sense.

is it okay if users tell them a website on where they should watch it??

No, the user should know that other sites are illegal. & no you can't tell them. That is the same as advertising.
