We were there. I think it meant that in all of those incidents in their life, they were there to witness it, live it and take part in it.(Only came up with this when I heard them say in the 2nd to last ep.'s next episode sneak peek the words "We were there"...).

Well, it's a hunch. Dunno if it's right.

lol well reading these alot of peopleprobably just googled it.

anyone know and translations could mean several different grammar translations. Especially since the english language is a nightmare.
(bokura) which is english version of I, Me, We, or Us. (Ita) is was makes it We though since it is a plural verb in japanese (plural version of is [was] of past tense)
For very basic translation (bokura ga ita) mean "We were", but since in english it sounds funny i assume they added it there since in japanese they didn't put where.

My question is why Bokura? In japanese i'm pretty sure this is typical of males refer to themselves and atashi being female and watashi as either.

things about the japanese language which you got to remember there language is more bases on gender and formalities.

no problem Image i'm learning japanese on my own and in my opinion is so easy to learn. writing it is a different story which i don't think i'll learn. I know enough to get around and at this point just a bit more learning about the grammar and the nightmare of learning the vocabulary.

I'm pretty sure it means "we were there"

And I believe it's because (I'm assuming anyone who cares what the title means has at least watched the whole anime) after Yano leaves, Nanami may feel like it was all very dreamlike, and she's sorta looking back on it years later, and thinking that yes, Yano and she were there, and it was real.

Just my opinion. I don't know japanese at all, really, but I think they said it at some point in the anime, and I read it somewhere... Y aknow, the whole 2+2 makes 4 deal. xD
