DIRECTIONS 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. 2. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. 3. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk; remove from heat. Cool slightly. Beat in egg. Stir in almonds and extract. Spread over prepared crust. 4. Bake 25 minutes or until set. Cool. 5. Melt remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips with shortening. Drizzle over bars. Chill 10 minutes or until set. Cut into bars. Store leftovers covered at room temperature. Preparation 1. Line 13- by 9-inch cookie sheet with waxed paper, allowing 2 inches of paper to hang over sides. Pour melted semisweet chocolate onto prepared sheet and spread to cover entire surface and form one even layer. 2. Melt 1 3/4 cups white chips in microwave on medium power 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. Drizzle melted white chips over semisweet chocolate layer. Using toothpick or skewer, swirl melted chocolates together, creating marbled effect. 3. Sprinkle with nuts and remaining 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate morsels and 1/4 cup white chips. DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a muffin pan with paper or foil liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk; beat well. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Frost with your favorite frosting when cool. Method: Preheat oven to about 375 degrees F. Cut cookie dough in half lengthwise into 4 pieces. Cut cookie dough into 2 1/2-inch logs, ending with 16. Place them on ungreased baking sheets. Bake them for 10 to 15 minutes or till they become light golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for a while and remove to wire racks to cool completely. Beat milk and pudding mix in large bowl till fully blended. Fold whipped topping into mixture. Crumble 5-8 cookies. Sprinkle 3/4 of crumbled cookies on bottom of deep 10-inch glass serving dish. Top with 1/3 of pudding mixture. Put strawberries over pudding. Stand remaining 10 cookies, face side out, along the inside of dish. Place the remaining pudding mixture above strawberries. Then top with remaining crushed cookies. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours or full night. Decorate with mint leaves and strawberries. DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one sheet cake pan or one cookie sheet with 1 inch sides. 2. In a large bowl, beat eggs until lemon colored. Add vanilla and salt. Stir in sugar, flour, milk, baking powder, and melted butter or margarine. 3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overbake. 4. While the cake is still warm, spread with peanut butter. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate morsels, and put the pan back into the oven to melt the chocolate. Spread the chocolate evenly over the peanut butter. Refrigerate until chocolate is set. 5. Alternatively, you can let the peanut butter cool and harden. Later, melt the chocolate, and spread it on the cake. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set. Remove to wire racks to cool. Combine filling ingredients in a small mixing bowl; beat until smooth. Spread on the bottom half of the cookies; top with remaining cookies. Store in the refrigerator. DIRECTIONS In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, 1 cup sugar and brown sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa and baking soda; gradually add to the creamed mixture, beating just until combined. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans. Shape a tablespoonful of dough around each candy, forming a ball. In a small bowl, combine the remaining sugar and pecans; dip each cookie halfway. Place nut side up 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for 7-10 minutes or until tops are slightly cracked. Cool for 3 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely. Drizzle with melted white chocolate. In a small bowl, dissolve instant coffee in boiling water; set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg, coffee, and melted chocolate. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; mix into batter. Stir in the remaining chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven. Spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until brownies pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool on wire rack. Cut into squares. Chocolate Chip Cheesecake brownies ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Ingredients: 1 cup shortening 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 eggs 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese 1/4 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 cup chopped pecans DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl, cream together shortening, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup white sugar. Beat in the 3 eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; blend into the sugar mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and 1/4 cup white sugar. Mix in the 2 remaining eggs. Spread 1/2 of chocolate chip dough in bottom of the prepared pan. Pour cream cheese batter on top of dough. Sprinkle with pecans. Drop pieces of the remaining chocolate chip batter over filling. Don't worry if there are gaps; the batter will spread. Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven, or until lightly browned on the top. A: Anyone and everyone can enter ! Except me ! jakari cannot enter !! I have to be the judge ~! ^^; Q: Does my choko have to be super full of choko? A: chokoreto just have to be one of the main ingredients ~! Like a chocolate chip cookie ! Q: Whats chokoreto? A: chokoreto is nihongo for chocolate ~! =.d Q: Does the Presentation have to be extravagant? A: ie ~! Jus show us a few pics of your treat being made ! ^o^ Q: When does the contest end? A: March 15th ~! It's in the rules ppl ! >.< Q: Does it count if it's like a Red Velvet cake or cookie, etc.? A: Those are fine ! The chokoreto doesn't need to be visible in the final product ! Just be sure to show us where you used it ! ^.~ Q: Do I have to bake it? A: ie ~! Nope ! Q: Can I use a box mix? A: Yeps ! Make your own mix, use a box mix, whichever you like ~! Q: Is more than one entry allowed? A: hai ! Yeps~ but the limit is three entries ~! And they all must be diffren't treats ! No double cookies, or double cakes~ ect. Q: When will the Winners be announced? A: I'll start announcing the winners a few days after the contest ends ! |

this a chokoreto i made by my seLf~~ because it's the first time i made the result a bit dissapointed hai~~~dozo~ ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** it's the reaL truffle~~ heRe's The reciPe~~ INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) 8 ounces good-quality semi- or bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate 8 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk Your choice of flavoring (see below) Your choice of coating (see below) Add to Recipe Box Add to Shopping List Customize Recipe Add a Personal Note DIRECTIONS Heat chocolates, butter and milk in a pan until chocolates and butter are partially melted. Remove from heat and stir until completely melted. Whisk in desired flavoring until creamy-smooth. Transfer to a bowl and let stand until firm enough to hold its shape, about 2 hours. Using a tablespoon (a spring-action 1 Tb. scoop is ideal), mold chocolate into balls, 1 level Tb. at a time, and place on a cookie sheet lined with greased parchment paper. Place desired coating in a small bowl. Working one at a time, drop truffles into the bowl with greased fingertips. Shake bowl back and forth so truffles are completely coated. If necessary, roll truffles by hand to make round. Return to parchment. (Can be refrigerated in an airtight container up to 5 days or frozen up to 1 month.) INGREDIENTS: ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** 6 eggs 1 cup sugar 3tbsp of coffee 1 cup flour butter 2teaspoon of baking powder 1teaspoon of salt 2teaspoon of vanilla nuts as many as you like 1 bag CHOCOLATE CHIPS ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** STEPS: 1)mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.... etc 2)in a separate bowl, mix the egg and coffee 3) then in a double broiler, melt the butter together with the CHOCOLATE chips (but not all) 4) when the chocolate's already melted, mix it with the coffee+egg mixture..XP 5)and then, put flour mixture, then sugar, then vanilla, then, mix in the nuts and the remaining choco chips, (just fold it with the mixer, do not use the mixer coz it'll break and you dont want the nuts to be powdered right?) 6)after everything, you may now put it in a pan.. oooh.. oven should be preheated to 250 degrees..XP 7)wait for it until its ready! hehehehe And for the FINISHED PRODUCT!: ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** whew!! and that's it!! wahahahaha |
