If she wants to be a weak little girl who chases boys all day she should keep it long. However if she wants to stop depending on everyone and if she really wants to get stronger she should keep it short. Long hair would just get in the way when fighting so keep it short unless you just want to stay away from danger and play it safe in your village. I think she looks kinda ugly but long or short Sakura still looks kinda ugly so her appearance does not really matter.

Click to show or hide but at the begining of the Shippuden when she fought Sasori, you have to admit she finally did something she's ok but yeah it really is annoying with all the crying in regular Naruto. she doesn't cry much in Shippuden
