I know the stuff gets ripped before 95% of members even have chance to watch it (americans are sleeping, europeans are at school/work). What's the point of paying to see something before anyone else can when everyone else can already see it anyway. The thing is these guys aren't even trying to hide so what's stopping them from suing their hides. The only reason viz never went after DB is because it would not just make the leechers hate them but the genuine fans as well however now that everyone can watch Naruto for free within a week of broadcast there's no excuse not to press legal charges against parties who're illegally supplying the content before that week is over.

That was the stupidest thing I have read today.

Quality looks great! Did not see any bleeding artifacts or anything like that this time around! I think the encoding stuff is finally up to snuff!

Same buffering issues with Gintama as the dude who took a dump (that was so terribly appropriate for a Gintama topic XD), aaaand there's still some ghosting here and there - mostly in the opener.

I don't mind the buffer-six-minutes thing so long as it works; but it was kinda hit and miss this time. :B

Not as stupid as yours. What happens when they go after the webrippers? Anime Members will get the exclusive rights they paid for the creators will get money for their work and the rest will be able to watch it for free seven measly days later. It's a perfectly fair deal however apparently we live in a world where any shred of decency has been replaced by the I want it now,I want it in super HD quality and I don't care how I get it mentality. That's what years of mindless fansubbing has done to the (anime) world.

Well, if you're a paying member because you really do want to support the industry, you should just be happy with yourself that you are contributing.

Contributing but with the agreement of getting something in return. That's not even the point. And no, I'm not happy to contribute and being unable to watch anime.

yeah i know but can you do something about this first???

[snip]

if you look at the time you'll understand and if you're blind i'll explain
the buffering was starting at 18:55 oké i thought it was fine so i went to the toilet to shit -___-
but after that 19:00 still not done .......... (yeah i know if i need to shit i am already done within 5 minuts yeah i am wonderfull -_-) but now..its already 19:11 and the buffering isn't done yet wtf is this shit -__-??
and yeah i refreshed it many times but it isn't working at all

I know the way videos load here is retarded to begin with. It loads really fast at the beginning of the video but instead of just loading the whole thing it stops and only loads when you're playing the video slowly decreasing the amount the buffer is ahead in the process. It's utterly ridiculous anyway you might try using a different resolution. It usually loads better once you do that.

yeah and you can't skip anything or the videoplayer just stops and where normally is writen buffering there is written seeking >__>

Yeah, really annoying. It was like that when I joined a few weeks ago, then last week, everything worked just how I wanted it to. I was so happy! And then a couple days ago, in between episodes, it changed back! I really like this site, and supporting the industry and all that, but I wish you would fix the streaming so it really works for everyone.

They really need to go after those bastards or at the very least bookmark their videos with a hardsubbed message reading:

Property of Crunchyroll.com Copyright TV-Tokyo. If you see this video on any other site you're watching an illegal rip.

bastards? no i like them O_O i have a membership and i cant use it like normal.. most animes i wanted to watch are not allowd in my damn region >_> so i am GLAD ppl to show it off other site

Yeah, that's a problem ... rights buyers in other regions, especially R3, need to think through whether they are better off using CR as an extra way to earn money from their rights, or whether they are better off supporting the leech streaming sites.

And a little more information on which company owns the rights in which countries would help, so people in those countries can go to the source and let them know they are being foolish.

Plus, the fewer region blocks, the easier to convince people to report copyright violations on material stolen and put up on Veoh and UTube and the rest.

But don't mind me, I just popped back in to watch Kaleido Star. Season 1 is finished and no sign of season 2, so I'll put my Crunchyroll booklink back to sleep until I hear that Season 2 is starting ... or that the next episode of Time of Eve has come out.
