I guess I want to go because anime influenced me more then the anime itself... Plus I really want to see the cherry blossom trees and eat! >.<

LOL I love the food,culture,I am just engulfed in it,and I am self-teaching myself japanese too! I actually plan to live there one day!

To save money while there, one should instead read the manga or go to recycle shops like BOOKOFF that resell anime. Otherwise watch it on TV or find some sympathetic otaku friends that will share their collection. Going to movie theaters in Japan is also extremely expensive. Not a good idea for dates in Japan mind you. -moose

I want to go there because of the beautiful scenery and culture...!!! Also, there's a lot of diefferent food in Japan!!! I think I'd spend more time visiting Tokyo and eating rather than focusing on anime....
