I personally think Xam'd would be even more awesome if there was to be a dubbed version. For Akiyuki, I see various voice actors but I see Johnny Yong Bosch or Vic Mignogna being on the top of that list. Nakiami would be Michelle Ruff, Stephanie Sheh, Carrie Savage, or Caitlin Glass amongst others. For Haru, I see the aforementioned actresses and even Veronica Taylor or Amy Birnbaum (best known as Tea from Yugioh) if it was to go to New York. For a NY dub, I would see Dan "Yugioh" Green as Akiyuki (after all, both Tea and Haru are sexy and the love interest/childhood friend of the hero of each series).

i agree subs are way better than dubs because most of the time the voices are out of sync and the acting is just horrible or the actors voice just doesn't fit in with the character. the only time i found dubs acceptable was for the movies the cat returns and spirited away.

I always thought that Michelle Ruff as Nakiami would be perfect.

If she's still around, I'd love to hear Patricia Drake as Ishu, she did Balaika in Black Lagoon, so you you know that she can play the role of a cold and muderous banshee.

I see JYB as more of a Furuichi rather than Akiyuki. . . the unassuming nature of his voice matches the unassuming nature of Furuichi.

And for Akiyuki..... damn, Yuri Lowernthal (Suzaku/Sasuke/Simon) sounded good to me at first: him, or Brad Swaile (Setsuna/Light/Amuro).

Have Steve Blum as Raigo and we'll be set.

P.S. Mark Hamil For Emperor!

i would have to disagree with you since subbed is always the best, and also because it's original.

for some reason i think that the dubbed version will air on tv (most likely in Cartoon Network's Adult Swim), but thats just my opinion/speculation. the vast majority of dubs out there just really suck, so as for Xamd dub, i wouldnt get my hopes up. but i hope it ends up being good. and if not, then i hope that it wont be total crap *cough* like naruto, one piece, etc *cough* Image

Keep in mind that it's a BONES anime. those dubs usually turn out pretty okay.

A real anime fan knows to watch both versions I think. The very popularity would in America stemmed partially from bad dubs.
