It would turn really epic if he turned on Aizen.
It's a thing I always hoped that would happen in Bleach, and I really don't think Tousen would ever betray him, the guy is just too loyal and holds strong to his beliefs. Gin on the other hand is pretty shady and mysterious, we don't even know his true intentions, so he's much more capable.

here are the names of all the people who betrayed Aizen. Barragan, Halibel, dordoni, and if Grimmjow comes back to help Ichigo then Grimmjow betrayed him aswell, oh and Gantenbainne Mosqueda the arrancar who fought chad, that one is also a maybe.
