"OMG HOW CONTRAVERSHUL!!!!11 I SUCK STEPHEN KING'S DICK!!1111!!!!"

I'm not a fan of books but when it comes to originals trying to put others in their places, it does not mean shit! It either makes them less of themselves or they cannot stop to think of what the fuck they are saying.

Stephen King On 'Twilight' Author: 'Stephenie Meyer Can't Write Worth A Darn'

According to Stephen, "Both Rowling and Meyer, they're speaking directly to young people... The real difference is that Jo Rowling is a terrific writer and Stephenie Meyer can't write worth a darn. She's not very good."

The words of a wise man. I have read fanfictions that are of better content and writing than the Twilight series.

Never read Meyer but Rowling is primitive as shite. Her "magic" books are all the same and language is like... she`s about 15! HP looks like fan-fic, not "serious" book. You may say it`s becoz for kids and what? Look at Andersen for example! His books are for children and they got morals and written amazing.

...as in hans christian andersen? or someone else?

i still love twilight

Same here =)

Maybe because that's the very first series I've finished reading ( the first book I've read, rather x) ) so i have no idea of what's good and what's not. I mean in literary sense.

you're 19 years old! don't tell me that Twilight was the first book you've read!
there are a lot of wonderful books out there, take a membership at the local library and check out more titles. believe me, reading is a great hobby and there are a million better options than Twilight

Yes-yes. And other people like Grimm brothers and such. They wrote fairy tales and it`s still amazing to read even now when I`m 20!

So tru.
Talking about XXth century literature you should name also Remarque, Asimov and Dick.

Actually everyone loves King but whatz the big deal?? He`s not good at all except Dark Tower and Carrie. Kinda primitive and "poppish" as his hated Meyer and Rowling

Lol. WhatTheHell. You're taking it too literally >.>
I know there are some other good books out there that are worth the time. I only realized it when I started to find other books when I finished the series. The only problem is me- I'm not really into reading.

What i meant when i said "that was the first book I've read" was It was the first book that interests me and got me buy it (aside from school books etc etc) due to curiosity cus like God everybody's talking about it. every girl's like "omgomg *squeals*". So there. I hope it clear things up. But thanks to them, though for introducing me to a bookstore/don't miss the figure of thought this time x)
