"Home Movies" [TV Show]

~ Looked. Didn't see no similar thread. If you find one, well, there you go. =)

WIKIPEDIA ARTICLE --> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Home_Movies_(TV_series)#Style

I'm currently in a Multimedia class, and our assignment was to make our own video using Flash. I wanted to make my own rendition of the adultswim "Home Movies". It didn't look too difficult, and every one was really easy to draw. But even so, I got to thinking how cool the show was.

For the people who don't know, "Home Movies" is an animated comedy that's currently airing on adultswim (just reruns, though. The show ran from 1999-2004) at late hours. The characters are incredibly simple to draw. The characters were originally animated with Squiggle vision -- if you have seen the show "Dr. Katz, Proffesional Therapist" or "Science Court," you'll have a better idea of what I mean -- and then later, for several reasons, Macromedia Flash was used to animate the show. And although the characters are simple in many aspects, there are a lot of good lines and story plots, IMO.

What are your opinions?

I used watch this in school and at home a long time ago. It liked it quite a bit.

never bothered to watch it with intention.

The cartoon didn't even bother to fix itself better, so why should I.

Why do you say it should have fixed itself? Not to say that you're wrong, but please elaborate.

I never got into home movies. animation isn't to huge a concern for me as long as the humour is delivered.

Early South park being a fine example.

I liked it, but not as much as Brendon Smalls next show, Metalocalypse.
