If it was rape surely that wouldn't be fair to pay for the child. If they can prove he was raped then I feel he shouldn't have to take responsibility for something forced on him when he isn't capable or secure to do so. The woman however, sounds a bit psycho. They should do some tests on her, see why she did it, figure out if she has any psychological problems. If she does have problems that are decided to be dangerous for a child to be around, then they should probably keep her in custody. Try and see what they can do to help, abortion may not be the best option but if she chooses to keep the child he shouldn't have to take responsibility for it. On that note, if they can't help her mental state it should be put up for adoption or something. Which is cruel to the child, but I doubt they can decide if she is capable of raising the child in time for an abortion.

It's a troubling issue. Thankfully I'm not a judge.

Don't worry too much. They were laughing because you questioned who mother teresa is (to my understanding).
I don't know much about her myself, but she is considered holy and kind and what not. Won a nobel peace prize, I think.

1. You no more deserve to take up space on earth than the fetus in question. So what makes it okay for you to hypothetically sentence the fetus to death for doing the same thing you're doing?

2. That's an interesting choice of words: "become more human". It's ironic because you said that the fetus is not human, and that phrase indicates that the fetus was human to begin with.

1. are you telling me that you would rather have the fetus be born and then survive in a living hell?.. rather cruel, arent you?

2. what i mean is that a fetus at first is but egg and sperm, and over time, it turns more and more into a human and eventually would come out as a baby.

1. Would you consider your life to be a living hell? In your opinion, could the average human life be considered a living hell?

2. If it becomes more human, then it was human to begin with. If, conversely, it became human, then it was not human to begin with.

Ah if it isn’t the stereotypical liberal approach. Compensate for a lack of real argument by trying to twist words and cast out personal insults.

Hey I'm one of the few select liberals that's is completely against abortion for moral reasons. But yeah unfortunately it is the stereotypical liberal approach.

ohh, is that so? let me ask, if you stand in my shoes then what would you do? is my responses not accurate? i speak but the truth yet you dare say i lack a real argument and is using twists of words.

i believe youre a anti-abortion kind of person. so let me ask, we already have a mass amount of human in our world with tons of problems caused by them. why give birth to more and increase the mass and problems before we can solve the problem at our hand at the moment? if a fetus (or human for you) life worth so much, why is it that war and diseases kill off millions of us and you do nothing? why is it that animals go extinct and you do nothing? do you think that your sorrow would change anything? do you think that donating 1 dollar to some kid in africa would help them from their poverty?

we can not solve the problems when we are increasing more problems. ignorant people like you dont think of the future besides what you prefer.

Dude for someone that wants to help our world your making a sick argument. Kill babies because of the poverty and overpopulation that has been created by the more advantageous and selfish humans. First off, a baby becomes a human at conception, if you kill a pregnant woman you can be charged for 2 counts of murder. There are upwards of 1.3 million abortions or babies killed every year, only about 1% of those killings are due to rape. If killing babies is the only way the more selfish humans of this world can think of to reduce overpopulation perhaps they should all just jump off bridge and kill themselves. I mean after all we're all trying to save our world right. But at least these deaths would be more ethical considering they had the damn choice. It takes someone who survive a failed abortion to truly understand why abortion is so wrong. You know Oprah was raised in poverty right, think if her mother just decided to up and kill the baby because she was poor, know think of million of people Oprah wouldn't have been able to help all because of one selfish decision not even giving to the her. I know Oprah is a special person but everyone no matter what deserves a chance in this life we call hell and full of selfish people, you just don't know how that baby can benefit society until you find out, cause even with the 1.3 million abortions we have every year life still sucks, so maybe we should wait for the next Oprah to come along before we kill it to save society as you proposed.

1. I assume by this you mean that life in general is not all that great. However, it is unfair to assume that the person in question would feel that way about his or her life. After all, some people love every minute of their lives, while others feel quite the opposite. There is no way to know which category this person would fall into. I would rather give this person a chance at life, and if it doesn't go well, there's always suicide as a backup plan. And just out of curiosity, what has made you dissatisfied with your life?

2. I realize the message you intended to convey. I was merely questioning your choice of words. The words "more human" imply that it was human to begin with.

as to your views on abortion i do believe you have some very valid points!

ps. we wont feel as bad to kill a fetus...

2. dont make me repeat myself please
