To a blind person who never seen anything at all? That'll be pretty hard.

I guess, I'd describe it by feel for them. You know how some colors you see makes you feel tingly inside?

Or how red can be anger or love? I think the sand feeling would describe red best. Sand can feel gentle in your hands but it can also feel rough if you rub it on your skin. Love can be gentle yet hurt, Anger can be rough but also gentle. I don't know where I'm going with this but yeah. I'll describe by feeling.

EDIT: lol I finally got what you meant, my bad

Some blind people know what color is, it's not like all of them were born that way. Some were able to see before they became blind, but because of an accident or a disease they are unable to see, like a few people I know. So if I say something is red, they know what it is. I don't have to explain.

what a thoughtful question... I'll probably describe it as an emotion, or use words to describe that color...

Hey, interesting thread. It'll be hard, really really hard. Because except for sight, the other four senses can't detect colors at all.

it'd definitely be hard because there's only the name of that color to describe that certain color so i guess pretty much impossible
