i guess Ulquiorra doesn't seem to require the awsome cool appearance but something thats quite odd such as wings that drip black stuff and help him move faster
grimmjaw still looks the best released

i agree with the noitora one but alls grimmjows was his hair got longer and his teeth got sharper

maybe ulquiorra really is a VL? Because his resurrecion form doesn't really changed much and it closely resemble a human minus the wings compared to GJ and Nnoitra and the other Espada members that looks more like of an animal and an insect and it totally changed their appearance.

from my research.. And what I think..

Bind- a fencing word that mean "pushing the opponents blade out of the line, restricting the opponents movement"..
- in chess, bind means a domninant move that would restrict's you opponents movements in the center.

Murus- All I know that muros is a Latin word of a "WALL"..

Hierago- still searching.. Hahahah..

So the two words would stand for A wall that would restrict the opponents movements.. haven't known Heirago yet.. still searching for answers.. Hahahah!!!

Hierago must be a breakdown of words. hierago could come from 'hierro'
As far as I know Hierro is 'Iron' in Spanish. Dunno where ago came from LOL.

from the earlier spoilers it was murceliago and that means bat he has wings so maybe they playing on words
