What I say goes. If I am shy or don't want to admit anything then I probably just won't answer, or ask (more like tell) the person to leave me alone. Seemples

I'm curt, I'm blunt and to the point. My no means no. If a woman thought I was playing hard to get or if I think differently, they have the wrong Lau.

A guys no means no or come back a later time, not right now. Not at this instance. I'd rather not. No, no it's okay don't worry. Ahhh..., Mmmm... It's probably so. Wh...why not?

Just depends on how good you can persuade and seem of interest. We're generally hard headed but if you can be gentle and persistent most men will cede.

No means no overall. If the tone is said a different way then it is a different case. ^^

No means yes unless it comes with a punch.

If ya were ugly I'd be 1 mile away already.

I think anyone is capable of lying when they don't feel like they can/want to tell the truth. Make sense?
Better question: Which sex typically does it more?

Absolutely not. A no is no. Some guys like to use tact and just say no instead of never, since it comes off less harsh. I sure know that when I told a girl who wanted to date me no, I meant no, but she didn't get the hint, even after I said several... less polite... things... I know English, like many other languages, has a love of multiple words that mean the same thing, but rest be assured that no and yes are definitvely 2 different words with different meanings. (For people who love words, they're antonyms. Opposites, if you will.)

And... perish the thought that someone here thinks no means yes. I sense a future for them... in jail... for rape... meeting "Bubba"...

I'm pretty sure that my 'no' is supposed to mean exactly that.

nah it doesnt mean yes when we say no....

A no is a no, and a yes is a yes, unless a no is a yes and a yes is a no.
