Green Tea: Green tea contains vitamins, particularly a large amount of vitamin C, minerals (fluoride, in particular), and amino acids. Although vitamin C is very sensitive to heat, a large amount remains in a hot cup of tea. It is helpful in weight loss and in the fight against free radicals: it makes skin beautiful! The caffeine content of green tea is also less than that of black tea and it is absorbed at a slower rate by the body.

White Tea: White tea contains young leaves and it is produced in lesser quantities. Beyond antioxidants, white tea contains small amounts of fluoride and other nutrients which keeps the teeth strong and healthy. It also kills the bacteria which causes plaque, tooth decay, and bad breath, scoop them up and neutralize them.

Black Tea: Its strong antioxidants along with vitamins E and C fight the free radicals that can cause premature aging. Recent research indicates that Black tea is even healthier than Green one!

Here are some tea treatments for your spa experience… at home!
Highlighting Hair Rinse: Simply brew two cups of strong tea and use to rinse damp shampooed hair.
Quick Fix for Puffy Eyes and/or Dark Circles: make two cups of tea as usual, using two teabags. Place the used bags in the fridge. When needed, simply lie down and place one teabag over each eye. Allow to remain for 10 to 20 minutes.
Simplest Astringent Ever: just splash your face with warm or cool black tea and don't rinse, but pay attention to allergic reaction! It works well on pimples…
Sweet Feet: the tannins in tea help to fight odour-causing bacteria. Simply soak feet in strong tea for several minutes, then pat dry.
Tanned with tea: get a temporary tea tan by soaking in unflavoured black tea leaves for about 20 minutes. So, now give your taste buds a treat by sipping a cup (or two!) of tea and…don’t forget to re-use your tea-bags for your beauty care!

Most of the times I drink tea at night in order to make me awake . (and somehow it's become a habit of drinking tea) I don't pay much attention to the tea's name , but my house right now had green tea , oolong , and earl grey , and the tea that I didn't find the name on it .
