The more I watch this film, the more I realize the complexity of it ... the whole concept of multiple universes and if the story we're watching is a mixture of them in itself.

Some amazing scenery as well ... if only clouds were that amazing in real life :)

i really like the plot. it is also well organized like the other animes of shinkai. the animation and sceneries are great. it was a very touching story although i'm quite confused on the scientific thingies. it really touched my heart in the end when sayuri woke up and hiroki said "welcome back" and he was very happy to see her again. it just felt sad because sayuri didn't get the chance to say what she feels towards hiroki.

Just finished watching it and... wow... A nice mix of sadness and melancholy without the horrible awful ending ^_^

It will take me a while to unpack the parallel worlds business... I'm not entirely sure that it's even a statement and not just a McGuffin. It might demand a second viewing, or least a good WIkipediaing.

Nevertheless, I appreciated it and it's helping to secure me as a Shinkai fan...
