Yeah any word can be a curse word if you use it in a negative way. The tone of voice you use.also.

My dad has the same opinion as you.

He said "It's so f-cking cold." in a normal voice.

And I was like ".. You're not supposed to swear around your daughter."

And he's like "I didn't use it in a bad way."

Why am I lecturing my dad instead of my dad lecturing me?

LOL.

George Carlin Said it best in his skit the Seven words that you can't say on television and without further ado I shall now provide you with that skit.

However what my parents tried to do with me and my brother was if either of us swore we had to owe them a buck. But of course it also worked the opposite way. My brother and I were able to get like between 5 and ten dollars on occasion when our dad was doing a project.

usage and tone make them bad.
Posted 2/22/09
depends on how they are understood by people.

bitch, for example, is not offensive.. it is a female dog.

but because people put another meaning to it.. a rather offensive understanding.. it is considered insulting.

sociology beybeh.. gotta freakin love it.

I don't really know myself, it's just the way people use it these days.

It depends on how you use them.

How people use it in their sentence and how such has reacted to it.

Yes, I've never understood why society has declared that certain words must be put into polarizing categories of Right or Wrong, and Bad or Good.

I believe that curse words can relieve stress, and that saying the dreaded 'F Word' is just a natural part of life. Parents forbid their children to curse, but it is an inevitable part of maturation in becoming a young adult and grown-up.

Using these 'bad words' should be your choice, as long as you don't use them too often or in the wrong place (e.g a wedding/funeral, etc.)

Good question, I've always wondered that too. It really depends on how you use the words. If you imply a bad message into it, then it's bad.

If you meant it to harm someone intentionally or if you intended to use it in an offensive way then it's bad.
