This old woman is not capable of doing anything for herself anymore.... her husband is dead.. her children barley visit... she cant eat by herself .... and she just wants to die!

would you help her kill herself? should a doctor be aloud to kill her if it was her wish? or should she be forced to live 10 more years till her body gives out?

When it comes to our pets putting them down because they are suffering is a common practice! I cant tell you how many people have told me to put down my 20 year old cat, and hes not even suffering! (granted he is a little slower and very deaf but thats it!) many people think im cruel for not putting him down...

Is it any less upsetting to watch a loved one suffer?

so my question is this:
Should laws be made that allow Assisted Suicide or are you against it all together?

I'm for it.
You dont get to decide if you want to be born but once you are your life is yours and yours alone. Though assisted suicide is a dodgy one as it is murder. Even if the person wants to die and begs you to do it, its still murder. But if you change the law to allow assisted suicide then where do you draw the line in terms of who can and who cant be assisted. Most people would agree on old people or people with serious illness but what about someone who is perfectly healthy but simply doesnt want to live? Or someone sentenced to life in prison without parole?
Just legalising suicide would solve the problem i think, the Suicide Act and Bill of Human Rights just make it more complicated. Its your life do what you want with it.

If you want to end your life, you have the free will to do so and can end it in the manner of your choosing. No one should interfere with your decision.
