For me, Battle Royale, hands down! The fact that you see bits of entrails and/or brains gettng blown to bits, and the different ways the students get killed...damn! But it's still in my collection!

actually i wish to change my entry the most disturbing manga ever is "My Wife Is An Elementary School Student" no this isn't a h-manga it passed to be serialized monthly in a magazine. The premise is this "due to the low birth-rate in japan the age of consent/marriage has been lowered to twelve to encourage marriage/sex with hopes of an in the population"

I've read some pretty disturbing yaoi (like UGH), but within the general manga population it would have to be Evil's Return (even though that's actually a manhwa, huh?). I should have known just by the cover... but silly me read it anyways... had crazy dreams for about a week... learned that if I'm going to read weird manga, do it during daylight hours.
