There are two ballet manga that I know of (but I know there are more!), Swan and Toe Shoes. Both are not well known, even though Swan is probably one of the most beautifully and skillfully drawn shoujo manga out there.
I have actually created Crunchyroll groups for both of these:

http://www.crunchyroll.com/group/Swan
http://www.crunchyroll.com/group/Toe_Shoes

Please do not read these online - instead, ask your favorite publisher to start carrying them. You can not expect more dance manga to be released if everyone is downloading it illegally.

I absolutely LOVE Swan! The artist's style makes the men look pretty feminine and the eyes take up half of their faces, but if you can get past that, it has a really great story line. The dance sequences are really amazingly drawn. You can tell exactly how the person is moving. It doesn't just focus on female pointe dancing, either; it also features male dancers, which is a rare sight. I highly recommend it.

Funny story about male dancers... I performed in The Nutcracker with a dance company when they came to town a couple of years ago (they came back this year, but nobody told me when auditions were...) and all of the male dancers were so... interesting. There were a few straight guys, but some of them were... uh.. very gay. Anyway, since we had to be backstage a lot, we would often times walk in on them changing out in the open... oh my god >_> it's not even hot because the muscles that they have developed for dancing are unrealistically huge. It's so weird looking xD

I love love SWAN too!! Because of that manga, i become interested in ballet! And i love how the author explains those ballay plays, and her artwork that is so...so..classic!

I know two manga series so far with the ballet theme, one is SWAN and the other one is Dance Subaru! I have not finished reading the latter (have only watched the movie), so i cant say whether it is good or not, but it does look promising. Swan is just absolutely amazing in my opinion. Would've love to know the continuation of their story (the sequels), sadly it's not really available in other languages beside Japanese.
