Who's the Biggest Idiot in Gintama?

I would have to say Katsura, just about any episode he shows up in has him do something stupid

which makes him awesome. A few that comes to mind are when he's hiding Gintoki and shouting into a can telling him he can come out now, His interview with the news where they are trying to hide his identity and he'll say "It's not ******, It's Katsura!"

, or even his driving test where he creates an intricate story for a traffic cone

, even in the recent episodes with the popularity poll he in bleeding but when it goes to a flashback he is shown riding a bike as getting hurt like in the unizombies where he got hurt by falling down the stairs, ah Zura you're awesome.
