Awww, Kondo is an idiot when it comes to practical matters, but he knows people! Think of where Hijikata would be right now if Kondo didn't sense he was a guy worth saving. And he gave due praise to Gin.

I actually personally think that's his selling point.;) That's what I most like about Kondo anyways. No one else the show acts like that...and I need it sometimes to keep myself from slapping Hijikata and Gin for being so damn proud.>__> And in Sougo's case it's kind of a must.o__o'
