Though I don't really need to work out at the moment, it'd be a good habit to get into as my metabolism will probably slow down by the timme I'm 25...

Yes I work out quite often, it can be a high impact session in the gym or just a long walk with family, depends how I feel, plus there's my MA classes which is always a good workout

I try to work out when I can. I was supposed to go to the gym today but was too lazy. >_> I don't have time because of school and work though. I don't watch much anime. Maybe about 1 or 2 shows every 2 weeks.

I work out, but it wasn't because I was watching too much anime. It's because I started working a job that involved sitting on butt all the time and I started to worry about gaining weight. Though I do watch anime on tv while I'm working out

I listen to my iPod as I use the "StairMaster."
I'm just working on it till the 6 songs I'm listening into are finished.
One song is at least 3 minutes long.
So, six times three is equal to 18 minutes.
But sometimes the song is 5 minutes long, so I end up, most of time, working in the stairmaster for 23 or 24 minutes.

I use the StairMaster at least 3-4 days a week; only one session each of those days.


I'm currently doing physical labor.


I'm lazy lifting weighs at home, but I'm energetic doing physical labor that I know I'll get paid at the end.

I need to cause im fat. Nah I try to jog at least 2 days a week and work out for 20 min everynight before bed. Somethings better than nothin.
